Cairns & Cousins Terrier Rescue (CCTR) was organized with the mission of rescuing purebred and mixed Cairn Terriers and their cousin breeds who are known to be homeless or soon to be homeless. These cousin breeds include West Highland White Terriers, Miniature Schnauzers, Norwich Terriers, Norfolk Terriers, Australian Terriers, Border Terriers and Scottish Terriers. Once identified, these dogs are provided veterinary care, rehabilitation through foster care, and finally placement into a permanent home that has gone through a thorough and stringent adoption process.
