4-22-2026. Lexi has discontinued all pain and anxiety meds and seems a lot happier and in control of herself. She is very loving once she gets used to you, loves to play, chase balls, sniff around the yard, and look for a new place to escape from the fenced yard. She plays well with my male Cairn but competes with my more dominant labradoodle. She has an abundance of energy and will run until you quit.

3-21-2026. Lexi is a bundle of energy, especially for an older dog. She is extremely affectionate and will likely take a little time warming up to strangers. She runs everywhere she goes, loves to chase balls, and will bring them back, but may not drop the ball. She is a compact little dog who is strong-willed and will tell you she wants attention when she wants it. Lexi is good with the resident dogs; however, she wants to be the dominant dog on the block. She plays well with the resident Cairn, but isn't a friend of the larger female resident dog. Her eyes are clear and bright, and her hearing seems to be in good working order.
2-9-2026. Lexi is a petite senior lass, but she has a big heart and lots of spunk. If you’re looking for a loyal companion who will happily curl up beside you and make every evening feel a little softer, she just might be your girl.
