Rissa is sweet sweet sweet little Westie girl who has tested postive for Heartworm Disease. She also has some concerning skin issues. But when she is ready for adoption, she will be a real looker. Rissa is just 9 years old and weighs 17lbs. We all know that she is Rissa Strong and will pull through her H/W disease with flying colors.
