I'm ready for my new family!

Hi! My Name Is Myra (C-1032) VA

I'm Available
12/29/2025 Update:
My foster mom says, from the tip of my nose all around to the end of my curly tail, I am love! I am a playful ball of energy and an extremely cuddly friend. I greet each day with enthusiasm and ready to explore and learn new things. I love my trail walks with my foster brother and sister (sometimes too much). But I get along with everybody. I love to chase my ball too. I am ready to join a new forever home. If you have energy for walks and playing with toys, a soft lap, and a soft bed, I would love to come home with you!

Update:
Myra is a stunning young mixed-breed pup with a golden blonde coat and big brown eyes that will melt your heart. Her family jokes that she must be part gazelle—she’s graceful, agile, and can leap to impressive heights!
Despite her puppy energy, Myra is already house-trained, crate-trained, and has skipped many of the usual puppy problem behaviors. She doesn’t bark much, doesn’t dig, and only chews on her toys (she especially loves crinkly ones!).
Myra enjoys playing with other dogs, though her style is a bit rough-and-tumble. She’s never shown aggression toward people or dogs, and while she may be shy when meeting someone new, she warms up quickly.
The best thing about Myra is her affectionate nature. She loves to be picked up, cuddled, and held on your lap—her greatest joy is simply being close to you. With her intelligence and eagerness to please, she’ll be easy to train, especially as she learns not to jump up in her excitement.
Myra is looking for a loving home where she can be someone’s best friend. If you’re searching for a loyal companion who wants nothing more than to love and be loved, Myra is ready to leap into your life and heart.

Say hello to Myra. She is a young, mixed-breed, approximately 1 y/o, with a beautiful cream coat. Myra is full of puppy energy but LOVES to be held and snuggled. She gets along with other dogs. Cats haven’t been tried. She hasn’t been around children in the foster home, so we don’t know how she would react. She goes into her crate easily. She is fine in the crate when someone is in the room with her, but she doesn’t like to be alone. She prefers to be in your arms or on your lap. She is house-trained but has had a couple of accidents, so she will need a little more patience. She is nervous and a little skittish at first but she warms up quickly and is very affectionate. She loves to roll in the grass and she has the cutest little prance. She is hoping her forever family finds her soon.
