Meet Keegan! Keegan is a small, 15.6 lb mixed wheaten boy -- we're guessing there's some Norfolk Terrier in that mix. Keegan is only 5 years old and he found himself at the Gotham City shelter, where he was brought in as a stray. At first, all the shelter barking and hub-bub wee too much for the little guy, and he needed to protect himself with a growl or two. But when he got to his foster home, hey, things were a lot better and he showed that he preferred snuggling to grumbling and he curled up close to foster mom.
