By clicking "yes" below, I acknowledge that the dog named above, which I am or will be harboring in my home, is the legal property of Cairns & Cousins Terrier Rescue, a New Jersey Non-profit Corporation. I also acknowledge and agree that this dog may only be adopted to a home previously approved by the Board of Trustees of Cairns & Cousins Terrier Rescue. I also acknowledge that I have no right to give, sell, transfer, or adopt this dog to anybody on my own.
