Percival, is a sweet 14 year old Norwich Terrier who has just arrived on the scene at Cairns & Cousins Terrier Rescue. Despite his well-earned years, Percival still carries that unmistakable Norwich spark. He’s very distinguished in his soft wheaten coat, and at a respectable 16.7 lbs, he’s no pushover either. But he is gentle and steady, and deeply appreciative of soft voices and simple routines that make senior dogs feel safe.
