5/28/2026. Ross is an active, affectionate senior Cairn Terrier. He has a strong prey drive and is a flight risk. He can't be left alone in a fenced-in yard for any amount of time because he will quickly dig underneath the fence and escape. He also is a poop eater and will eat his own, along with any other dog's, poop. He is a marker and has to wear a belly band in the house. He is bonded to Rachel., who also is 11 years old, and they must be adopted together. They have lived together for most of their lives and often sleep in the same dog bed together. Ross loves to roll in the grass and enjoys being outdoors. He likes having his belly rubbed and snuggling in the rocker recliner next to foster mom. He will be a wonderful companion for the lucky person or family who adopts him.
